All sales of digital products (including eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable files) are final. Due to the nature of instant delivery, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

For physical products: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
